Wheatless is a community-driven platform that helps users discover and share gluten-free restaurants, stores, and food listings. Users can contribute by adding listings, leaving reviews, and connecting with other users. The App is intended for individuals with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or those seeking gluten-free options.
To access certain features of Wheatless, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activities, or misused the App.
As a user, you may contribute content to Wheatless, including restaurant/store listings, reviews, ratings, and other user-generated content (“Content”). By submitting Content, you agree to provide accurate, lawful, and relevant information.
You retain ownership of the Content you submit. However, by submitting Content to Wheatless, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Content in connection with the App.

By using Wheatless, you agree to behave respectfully towards other users. You agree not to harass, bully, or engage in harmful conduct within the App. Violating these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Wheatless may use your device’s location data to provide location-based listings and services. By using location-based features, you consent to the collection and use of your location information. You can disable location tracking at any time through your device settings.
All materials, content, and features provided on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Wheatless or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Wheatless does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-generated listings or reviews. It is the responsibility of each user to verify the accuracy of any information shared within the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheatless and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements that are not owned or controlled by Wheatless. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party services, and you access them at your own risk.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify you via the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to invoke the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
